  • Provide guidance to agents on transactional matters, contract preparation, and client negotiations.
  • Organize ongoing training programs to ensure agents remain informed on industry trends, best practices, and legal/form updates.
  • Promote accountability by setting performance standards and providing regular feedback.

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure all brokerage activities comply with state and federal laws, including licensing requirements, RESPA regulations, and applicable federal and human rights legislation.

  • Maintain updated knowledge of state-specific laws and regulations impacting the real estate industry.
  • Handle complaints, disputes, and compliance issues promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee the filing and maintenance of required records, contracts, and transaction documents per state law.

What You’Ll Bring:

  • Active real estate broker license is required.
  • Continuing education credits in real estate, management, and legal compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. real estate laws, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven track record of successful leadership and agent mentorship.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
