The Role

We are looking for a Head of GTM Recruitment, who will lead all global commercial hiring across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships. This role builds Nebius’ GTM recruiting function from scratch, delivering senior leadership hires and scaling an international recruiting team. As a core member of the TA leadership team, this role owns the GTM pillar of the global TA roadmap.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Co-shaping the TA strategy; leading the GTM pillar with a focus on international expansion. 
  • Hire and developing a high-performing GTM recruiting team across the US and EMEA. 
  • Directly leading VP+ searches; influencing CRO and leadership on hiring decisions. 
  • Providing data-driven insights on compensation, competitor talent pools, and workforce planning. 
  • Leading and own the GTM hiring metrics, pipeline dashboards, and reporting for CRO and executive leadership. 
  • Redefining how Nebius competes for GTM talent in AI/SaaS; driving adoption across stakeholders. 
  • Partnering with CRO, HR, and Finance to align on headcount planning, budgets, and GTM organizational design.

We Expect You To Have:

  • 10+ years in GTM recruitment leadership, ideally in enterprise SaaS/AI. 
  • Strong executive search capability for commercial leadership roles. 
  • Experience scaling international recruiting teams. 
  • Skilled in presenting data and insights to shape business strategy. 
  • A demonstrated ability to build functions from zero to scale.
