Position Summary:

The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations and Technology will play a critical role in enabling BAYADA Home Health Care’s marketing organization to deliver efficiently, effectively, and at-scale. This role will drive the adoption and optimization of our Agile Marketing operating model, ensuring the team has the workflows, governance, and tools needed to execute with excellence. With minimal supervision, the Senior Manager will oversee marketing operations functions including Agile project management, workflow management, performance framework integration, and marketing technology enablement.

By championing operational excellence, this role will serve as the backbone of the marketing organization, removing barriers, embedding insights into planning and prioritization, and ensuring marketing efforts are coordinated, transparent, and delivering measurable impact. The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with marketing leaders, cross-functional partners, and stakeholders to ensure marketing is aligned, agile, and continuously improving.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability.
  • Four (4) year college degree.
  • Seven (7)+ years of relevant experience in marketing operations, program/project management, or related roles.
  • Five (5)+ years leading people or programs, preferably within a marketing, customer experience, or operations context.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Marketing methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders with a bias toward action and results.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing operations functions including Agile project management, workflow governance, and integration of insights and marketing technology into operating models.
  • Strong customer-centric and collaborative mindset with the ability to translate business needs into scalable processes, governance frameworks, and operational solutions.
  • Proven track record of driving operational improvements that increase efficiency, transparency, and performance in a complex environment.
  • Skilled in marketing technology platforms (marketing automation, project management, analytics, CRM, etc.) and ability to evaluate and optimize usage.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity, align stakeholders, and influence decision-making.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience engaging diverse teams and stakeholders, preferably in a health care and/or customer-focused organization.
  • Acceptable pre-employment assessment results.
  • Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.
  • Develop working knowledge of BAYADA’s mission, services, people, organization, policies and procedures.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of the Agile Marketing operating model, ensuring consistent practices in planning, sprint execution, backlog management, and performance reviews.
  • Partner with marketing leadership to establish clear priorities, resource allocation, and workflow transparency to maximize team effectiveness.
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics and Marketing Strategy to integrate performance insights into the Agile Marketing operating model, ensuring consistent KPIs, transparency in results, and closed-loop learning that informs planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the governance and enablement of marketing technology within the Agile Marketing framework, ensuring tools are effectively integrated into workflows, projects are managed efficiently, and martech capabilities support speed, collaboration, and transparency across channel teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and align on shared goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement of marketing processes, identifying and eliminating inefficiencies while enabling scale and speed.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and operational liaison to marketing teams, balancing strategic alignment with tactical execution needs.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to a team of Marketing Operations professionals (set goals, coach development, and ensure delivery of operational results).
  • Establish and enforce best practices for workflow management, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and learning within the marketing organization.
  • Stay up to date on marketing operations best practices, marketplace trends, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.
  • Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor.
