As Lead Recruiter for Engineering, you’ll shape and execute Bolt’s global tech hiring strategy, partnering with senior engineering leaders to align recruitment with business priorities. You will drive hiring for senior and complex engineering roles across multiple hubs, ensuring we attract and secure top talent in highly competitive markets. Leveraging data, you’ll optimise recruitment processes, mentor and support the TA team, and focus on achieving productivity, efficiency, and DEI goals — all while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
