About The Role 🤹‍♀️
We're seeking a talented Director of Lifecycle to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the VP of Growth, you'll be part of our marketing team focused on developing personalized experiences to drive value for our members. This person will work cross-functionally with product to shape our member experience.
Specifically, You Will:
- Lead the lifecycle marketing team that will include Product Marketing and CRM.
- Own and evolve the end-to-end product marketing strategy across key pillars—app journeys, personalization, and member communications—ensuring consistent, high-impact messaging and experience delivery
- Drive measurable impact to member growth with a experimental roadmaps that improves premium upsell, trial survival, and member retention
- Build a deep integration of CRM and Product to make CRM a strategical partner to product
- Inform stakeholders and create data and market driven insights to influence cross-functional priorities
About You 🦄
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in marketing, focusing on CRM, customer experience, or related roles
- Experience working with tools like Braze, Looker, Amplitude, and Figma.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, work effectively across functions, and build relationships at all levels.
- Deep familiarity with best practices for key performance indicators (KPIs), growth levers, technical implementation, data privacy & consent, customer segmentation, and creative content strategy as they relate to CRM and customer retention
- You are a lifecycle leader who can identify both emergent opportunities and gaps relative to best practice. Your strong communication skills enable your team to capitalize on these opportunities and generate impact.

- Deep understanding of CAN-SPAM, SMS compliance / TCPA laws and email security sending protocols
Additional information: Salary range of $170,000 - $225,000/year + bonus + benefits. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
