About The Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of multi-channel campaigns and help drive measurable business growth for our client. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital strategies across social media, paid ads, SEO, and email marketing. You will blend creativity with analytical skills, ensuring campaigns deliver strong ROI and align with business objectives.

Work hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST)

Work set-up: Remote

What You’Ll Do

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram): Creating high-converting ad copy and visuals, setting up campaigns, monitoring performance.
• Google Ads: Managing and optimising search, display, and remarketing campaigns.
• Content Strategy: Developing monthly content plans that align with our marketing goals.
• Social Media Management: Scheduling, posting, and engaging across our main platforms.
• Email Marketing: Writing and scheduling campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or GoHighLevel.
• SEO: Ensuring content is optimised for search, performing keyword research, and monitoring rankings.
• Copywriting: Writing persuasive and engaging content for ads, emails, landing pages, and social posts.
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in service-based industries.
• Proven expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (search, display, remarketing).

Requirements

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Solid knowledge of SEO principles and content strategy.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, GoHighLevel).
• Strong copywriting skills with excellent command of written English.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable with campaign data and reporting.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently.

• Preferred:

• Experience with tools like Front, ServiceM8, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics
• Basic design or video editing skills
• Familiarity with Australian markets or service-based businesses
