Commercial Planning Executive, D2C

We'Re Looking For A Detail-Oriented Commercial Planning Executive To Drive Our Business Growth Through Strategic Planning, Performance Analysis, And Financial Control. This Role Involves Developing Comprehensive Commercial Plans And Forecasts, Meticulously Tracking Kpis And Budgets, And Providing Actionable Insights To Senior Management.

What You Will Do

• Commercial Planning: Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial plans aligned with brand strategy. Build sales forecasts and define key source of growth. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and promotional landscapes to inform planning.
• Performance Management: Build a template/report to track daily/weekly/monthly performance KPIs. Provide in-depth analysis of sales performance vs. plan and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (KAM, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure execution.
• Budget & Promotion Control Plan investment allocation for each activity, source, and project. Conduct weekly/monthly tracking of actual budget spent and GP, with timely alerts and proposals for next actions.
• Business Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly commercial performance reports with actionable insights. Present results and recommendations to management and brand partners.

Who You Are

• A recognized university degree.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese & English.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and retail operations.
• At least 2 years of experience with e-commerce.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems).
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
