Summary:

Exciting opportunity to work in cutting edge conversational AI, will join a team that is the heartbeat of language understanding in our chat bot and agent copilot products. In a micro services architecture, we leverage the latest technologies both traditional ML/NLU/NP methodologies and more modern generative AI to power these products for Genesys. As a member of the team, you will be adding new features to these micro services allowing Genesys to be leader in self-service automation and agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and testing features using python, utilising Flask and Fast API.
• Working closely with senior engineers to deliver features.
• Independently working on features with an eye to detail and focus on quality.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Some experience working with python
• Unit/Integration testing
• Desirable Skills:
• REST API development with frameworks like Flask/Fast AP or equivalent.
• AWS Cloud services such as DynamoDB, Lambda, EC2.
• Exposure to Agile software development and ceremonies.
