We’re seeking a North America Sr. Director, Account Marketing Dick’s Sporting Goods to lead and inspire a team that amplifies the Nike Brand and creates lasting consumer connections across a multi-brand ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep experience in omni-channel retail marketing, partner management, and innovative storytelling. What You Will Work On
- Lead the Account Marketing team to deliver industry-defining marketing plans leveraging the full marketing mix.
- Drive and execute the FY Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and strategy for Nike x Account, aligning with North America CSR (Corporate Strategic Review), account strategies, positioning, and brand management vision for our Sport Offense.
- Create holistic and integrated Nike x Account Marketing strategies across the Nike Sport Offense, including omni-channel retail, integrated media, sports marketing, and energy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sales, DSM, Retail Brand, Brand Management, and Sports Marketing to establish industry-leading account positioning and drive annual account marketing plans.
- Own and drive marketing trade terms allocation and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop deep relationships with partner marketing counterparts and buying teams to foster consumer understanding, business acumen, and new opportunities.
- Lead and develop a world-class team of marketers focused on supporting best-in-class talent and industry-leading marketing plans.

What You Bring
- Extensive experience (15+ years) in stores marketing, omni-channel retail, and partner management.
- Proven leadership in team development, effective communication, and matrix management.
- Growth mindset and innovative storytelling capabilities.
- Ability to think strategically, drive results, and foster effective teamwork.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally to deliver integrated marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
