This position is responsible for overseeing these programs from an organizational, contractual, and technical standpoint, ensuring long-term business continuity and alignment with corporate financial objectives.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in working capital optimization and SCF program management, with a proactive approach to driving standardization, supplier enablement, and financial compliance. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the operational and strategic lead for the U.S. Supply Chain Finance program, managing day-to-day execution while driving long-term development initiatives.
  • Lead the identification, selection, and onboarding of SCF partner banks; oversee relationship management, contracts, guarantees, and credit facilities.
  • Act as the primary contact for supplier participation in SCF programs, in close coordination with procurement; design and execute supplier outreach and onboarding strategies.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in finance, treasury, procurement, and legal to ensure alignment of SCF activities with corporate objectives and risk management policies.
  • Oversee compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations in partnership with internal finance and legal departments.
  • Develop and implement standardized SCF policies, procedures, work instructions, and documentation practices to support scalable, efficient operations.
  • Manage weekly file exchanges and ongoing integrations with SCF platforms, ensuring data integrity and consistency across ERP and banking systems.
  • Coordinate outbound payment processes and reporting with Finance teams, and monitor facility utilization and program KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, treasury, or working capital management, with a focus on supply chain finance or structured trade finance programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of SCF structures such as reverse factoring, dynamic discounting, and receivables finance.
  • Proven track record in designing, scaling, and managing SCF programs across large supplier networks.
  • Hands-on experience with SCF platforms, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and banking integrations.
  • Solid understanding of SCF-related legal frameworks, compliance requirements, and supplier onboarding processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
