Raytheon Sensors Logistics has a need for a Continuous Improvement/Data Analytics Specialist. 

The Continuous Improvement/Data Analytics Specialist will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across Sensors Logistics. This position involves utilizing data analytics to identify opportunities for process optimization, support decision-making, and enhance the effectiveness of the CORE operating system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement methodologies.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze key performance metrics and improvement opportunities.
  • Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to support CORE initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of CORE principles and tools to drive efficiency, quality, and cost savings.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and recommend data-driven solutions to address operational challenges.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Train and mentor team members on data analytics tools and CORE methodologies.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of CORE initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and continuous improvement.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience.
  • Experience in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, or similar.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt).
  • Familiarity with RTX's CORE operating system and lifecycle program management.
  • Experience with ERP systems and data integration.
  • Strong understanding of CORE principles, Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in logistics in the aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industry is a plus.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
