Job Description:

• What you'll be doing:
• Conducting Reviews: Auditing existing compliance protocols, identifying compliance issues, and designing appropriate solutions. 
• Perform / Support compliance assessments, evaluate and mitigate risks, and train employees on relevant processes.
• Developing Compliance Programs: Creating and implementing effective compliance programs and internal controls.
• Training: Providing training to company staff about compliance-related topics
• Audits: Supporting audits to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
• Advising Management: Offering guidance on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations.
• Risk Assessment: Assessing future ventures to identify possible compliance risks.
• Documentation: Documenting compliance activities and creating necessary reports.

What We'Re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in compliance management
• Bachelor’s degree, MS, or higher, in HR, Administration, Communications, or a related field
• A firm grasp of legal protocols, compliance-related laws, and industry regulations for the EMEA Region and Regulations
• Knowledge of contemporary compliance management methods and practices
• Proficiency with compliance management software
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of legislation and best practices in the field of compliance.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills for training and advising
