Process Overview*

MAFCT leads the development of the next generation of integrated technology solutions for the company’s consumer and wealth management client-facing channels. Manages the bank’s award-winning websites and e-Commerce initiatives. Responsible for the technology that drives key client-facing platforms and channels across Retail, Preferred, and GWIM including our Mobile, Contact Center and Voice, Financial Center and ERICA Technologies.

Job Description*

We are looking for self-motivated individual contributor role to understand stakeholders expectations & objectives. Also looking for good mobile automation experienced resource.

  • Should have good experience in Mobile testing and certify applications in production environment
  • Expert in agile project delivery
  • Experience in leading project
  • Good experience in performing beta testing in Google play & Apple store
  • Ability to provide end-end technical support for L1/L2 and liaise with dev team for L3 support
  • Experience in testing mobile application interfaces during infrastructure upgrades
  • Ability to perform functional & non-functional, Automation testing activities with good trouble shooting skills.
  • Experience in ADA Testing by using iPhone  & Android Platform
  • Experience in Splunk Log Analysis to understand the crashes.
  • Specialized in design and execution of test cases through different stages of testing lifecycle
  • Exposure in phases like requirement analysis, test planning and test case design reviews
  • Expertise in Defect prevention activities and Root Cause Analysis for each delivery            
  • Good experience in cloud devices/emulators/simulators etc.
  • Good Experience in Native mobile application testing.
  • Good Experience in API Testing and analysis using SOATest Tools and Groovy scripting.
  • Good Experience in Defect Life cycle by using Q Test, Jira and ALM etc.

Responsibilities*

  • Responsible for analysing and gathering business requirements.
  • Preparing test cases and scenarios based upon the requirements gathered.
  • Test data management of the application under test.
  • Performing sanity, functional and non-functional testing of applications.
  • Defect tracking and management of defect lifecycle in Quality Centre.
  • Preparing test summary reports and unit report.

Requirements*

  • Education*: B.Tech or MCA
  • Certifications If Any:  Good to have ISTQB Certification
  • Experience Range*: 8-12 years

Foundational Skills*

  • Specialized in Agile Testing
  • Excellent knowledge of Test Management Tools like QC, JIRA and Rally tools.
  • Good experience in Mobile Native Application testing.
  • Good Experience in SOAP UI Testing & Splunk Dashboard creation etc.
  • Good Experience in Consumer Data conditioning process and knowledge on data tools.
  • Working knowledge with Mobile Cloud solutions, Emulators & physical devices is desirable
  • Knowledge of VBA Macros is desirable
  • Good Experience in ADA Testing & ADA Guidelines.
  • Good hands on Selenium & Appium Mobile automation

Desired Skills*

  • 10-14years hands-on experience in testing of which minimum 4 years should be in mobile testing
  • Excellent analytic & problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of retail banking domain is desirable
  • Knowledge on iOS & Android App development

Work Timings*

General Shift: 10:30AM- 7:30PM
