Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Job Location: Westminster, CO (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office)

The Customer Success Manager has a primary responsibility to support the other Customer Success Managers and Sales team to increase customer retention, grow revenue with existing customers and assure client productivity and over all success with our products and services through the customer lifecycle.
What You Will Do:
Ideal candidates are passionate about helping customers succeed. They are self-motivated and familiar with professional 3D design tools and technologies. Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly an expanding product line and customer base. Must possess strong building design and construction processes, strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails. Organized and analytical, able to problem solve through creative and adaptive approaches.
- Support of fellow members of the customer success and sales teams in responding to customer product questions and in the development of customer success and sales deliverables.
- Develop and deliver online or onsite product demonstrations to customers or to audiences at events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
- Document and evangelizing best practices to customers and user community.
- Collect and convey customer requirements and workflows to various teams within the A&D division of Trimble.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring:
- Bachelors in Architecture or Engineering. Masters preferred
- 2+ years of experience working for an architectural, engineering or construction firm.
- Familiar with SketchUp and Revit workflows within AEC and other design fields.
- Ability to learn new products quickly.
- Creative with strong communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts in meaningful ways to those who are technical and non-technical.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
