Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Execute process optimization projects to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality
2. Perform detailed process analysis and implement standardization initiatives
3. Collect and analyze manufacturing data to identify improvement opportunities
4. Support process validation activities and documentation
5. Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot process issues
6. Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes

Requirements:

Business Expertise:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutics, Food, Computer, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 3-5 years experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related industry
• Strong understanding of GMP requirements and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with process validation and change control procedures
• Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems and data analysis tools (e.g. SAP, eBR…)

This role requires strong analytical capabilities to address:

• Day-to-day process optimization challenges
• Technical issues in manufacturing operations
• Process variability and quality concerns

•Equipment Performance Problems

• Multiple variable analysis in process optimization
• Root cause analysis of manufacturing issues

• Balancing quality requirements with efficiency goals
