Join our Finance Team in London for a 12 month industrial placement, starting in July 2026.

Finance Industrial Placement:
Transfer Pricing Industrial Placement Student
- Involvement in ad hoc projects and queries
- Conducting financial analysis of the entities and comparing results with established transfer pricing policies
- Reviewing Trade Pricing Documentation for each entity
Tax Reporting & Compliance Industrial Placement Student
- Support with day-to-day Tax compliance queries requiring interaction with external compliance providers, global tax teams and wider Finance
- Provide support to the Tax function for control documentation and updates
- Analysing of ERP system data to ensure correct tax treatment
- Review and assessment of the transactions within the Haleon ERP system
- Involvement in ad hoc projects which support business priorities
Commercial Finance Industrial Placement
- Working on month end close, journals & reconciliations
- Daily Sales reporting, weekly forecasting & insights
- Producing ECommerce channel P&L reporting & insights
- Completing Net Revenue analysis and evaluation
- Partnering with the GB & Ireland Sales & Net Revenue Management teams as well as working with more broadly with stakeholders at different levels across the business
Education Requirements:
This opportunity is open to all degree disciplines however would naturally suit those intending to pursue a career in Accounting, Finance or Audit.
If you are studying for your Undergraduate Degree, you must be in your 2nd year of study (England) or 3rd year of study (Scotland) and seeking to complete a year in industry in partnership with your university. Please ensure the role is suitable for your placement year.
Role Start Date: July 2026

Application Process:
The application process has a total of up to 4 stages:
- Application – information will be required regarding your education and Right to Work.
- Online Assessment – you will be asked to complete a behaviour based online assessment/interview.
- One-Way Video Interview – if selected you receive a link to complete an online interview focusing on your motivation for joining Haleon and what transferrable skills you will bring to the role. This will be screened by the Early Talent Team.
- Interview – if selected you will be invited to attend a virtual interview; The interview will consist of a competency-based interview and may include a case study/technical exercise.
- Offer – candidates will receive an outcome within 2 weeks following interview.
Interviews will be held in November/December 2025
