Are you looking for a high-profile pricing and reimbursement role that ensures payer strategies are being appropriately delivered?  If so, this Pricing Reimbursement Director role could be an exciting opportunity to explore.

As a Pricing Reimbursement Manager, you will lead alignment on pricing strategy for short and long-term sustainability.  You will also provide appropriate strategies and tools to monitor and address policy developments affecting the business.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.  These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Act as the Pricing custodian at the regional level being responsible for the implementation of the Haleon regional Pricing strategy
  • Work closely with Regulatory, Finance, Medical and Commercial team to provide informed recommendations to the Pricing Committee
  • Monitor competitive market conditions that affect pricing for individual brands and overall industry
  • Develop a comprehensive and updated overview of policy changes and trends at regional level which may impact pricing and access for patients to Haleon’s portfolio
  • Anticipate environmental changes and manage them effectively to support Haleon pricing strategy
  • Develop Haleon tactics to manage regional and local trends impacting pricing
  • Develop innovative solutions to protect pricing
  • Lead the development of Haleon narrative around pricing and access for the region identifying new pricing strategies to ensure sustainability of market share of the portfolio
  • Lead and ensure consistent engagement to establish Haleon relationship with key government officials involved in pricing policy and pricing decision for short- and long-term
  • Engage with regional stakeholders to assess policy developments and potential impact on pricing and access at country level
  • Develop and lead the implementation of an engagement plan to increase external stakeholders trust
  • Initiate capability building activities for external facing teams to increase awareness of the pricing process
  • Ensure a common understanding and alignment with commercial, regulatory and medical teams

  • Bachelor’S Degree

  • Strong experience in pricing projects
  • Experience engaging with external stakeholders to support business objectives
  • Experience developing pricing and access policy with short, mid and long-term perspective

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Mba

  • Understanding of healthcare system and complexity of pricing and access
  • Ability to balance commercial and public health elements
