Join our Haleon Commercial Graduate Programme, starting in September 2026 and based in Dublin.

Our two-year Commercial Graduate Programme is designed to immerse you in real-world experiences across Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence. You’ll be part of an exciting future where your work directly impacts our iconic brands like Sensodyne, Voltaren, and Centrum. We combine trusted science, human understanding, and a passion for innovation to improve the lives of consumers around the world.
You’ll rotate through different teams, gaining exposure to various business functions and receiving coaching and mentoring every step of the way.
Throughout the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Work on impactful projects that contribute to our business goals and help improve the lives of our consumers.
- Lead initiatives that influence our strategy, operations, and customer relationships
- Build strong communication and leadership skills as you collaborate with customers, internal teams, senior leadership, and external partners.
- Take ownership of your personal and professional development, with support from your managers and peers
- Be part of a purpose-driven company that puts the consumer at the heart of everything we do.
Who We’Re Looking For:
We’re looking for talented graduates who are passionate about consumer healthcare and excited to take on new challenges. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across teams and functions.
- A proactive mindset, with a desire to learn, grow, and drive your career forward.
- A commitment to working in line with our purpose and values, always keeping the consumer in mind.
Education Requirements:
- We welcome applications from all degree disciplines.
- Please note for Graduate roles you must have graduated by August 2025 and provided proof of Degree.
Role Start Date: September 2026

Application Process:
The application process has a total of up to 4 stages:
- Application – information will be required regarding your education and Right to Work.
- Online Assessment – you will be asked to complete a behaviour based online assessment/interview.
- One-Way Video Interview – if selected you receive a link to complete an online interview focusing on your motivation for joining Haleon and what transferrable skills you will bring to the role. This will be screened by the Early Talent Team.
- Interview – if selected you will be invited to attend a virtual interview; The interview will consist of a competency-based interview and may include a case study/technical exercise.
- Offer – candidates will receive an outcome within 2 weeks following interview.
Interviews will be held in November/December 2025
