Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is seeking an In-Room Dining Server to join our exciting In-Room Dining team. Don't miss this unique opportunity to be part of our award winning team, while beginning your career with the world's leading luxury hotel company!

Overview:

• This rule is for a position of Private Bar and In Room Dining Sever.
• Expect a to be schedule private bar shift and serving shift weekly, and at time split shifts.
• Private Bar duties constants of stocking and replenish in-room private bars, private bar menus and emptying and customizing private bar
• Serve duties constants of guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods.
• To respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.
• To comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures.
• Education: High school education or equivalent experience
• Experience: At least 6 months experience within the same or similar position with Four Seasons
• or other organization. Hotel or restaurant experience preferred.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Skills and Abilities: Reading, writing, oral proficiency in the English language, and good knowledge of computer skills

Environment (Physical Job Requirements):

This position requires a considerable amount of physical activity; should be able to

• Work a full shift standing
• Lift/Push/Pull/Carry objects up to 100lbs
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel and climb stairs throughout full shift
• Ability to work inside and outside; Subject to all weather conditions; including sun, wind, and rain
• Ability to work with chemical/agents as needed
• Ability to work in cramped quarters; between kitchen/food & beverage area and storage areas
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to operate food & beverage equipment
• Hearing/speech/vision/literacy ability to have one on one communication with guests and employees and to perform job functions and duties as assigned
• Ability to function under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions

The In-Room Dining Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.
