We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and service-driven Barista to join our world-class team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla.

The Opportunity: Barista

As a Barista, you will play a key role in crafting exceptional guest experiences by preparing and serving premium coffee and espresso beverages. You’ll bring passion, precision, and a warm presence to every interaction, ensuring each drink is perfectly tailored to guest preferences.

Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing coffee and espresso-based drinks using commercial coffee equipment
• Following Four Seasons recipes and presentation standards
• Memorizing drink specifications and customizing orders as requested
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workstation
• Providing friendly, professional, and attentive service in a fast-paced environment
