About The Role

MSS Security is looking for a Security Supervisor to join a high-security environment in one of Sydney’s most critical infrastructure locations.

We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to lead a small, high-performing security team at a major data centre located in the region of Marsden Park. This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-stakes environment requiring professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to operational security.

What You’Ll Do:

• Oversee daily security operations across the site, ensuring compliance with procedures and protocols
• Supervise, support, and schedule a small team (2–5 staff)
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and incident reports
• Liaise with stakeholders and maintain strong communication with site management
• Monitor and manage access control systems, alarms, and CCTV
• Enforce security and safety policies across the facility
• Respond to emergencies and incidents efficiently and professionally
• NV1 Security Clearance – Mandatory

What We’Re Looking For:

• Security License, First-aid and CPR certificate
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, ideally in a secure facility or similar environment
• Strong understanding of physical security practices and site access control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and lead by example
• Strong organisational and incident management skills
