Digital Training Intern

TRUMPF is seeking candidates for an internship in the Training Department at our Farmington, CT location. This internship will provide a college-level student with practical and professional experience that will enhance and compliment their classroom learning. This internship will be January 2026 to August 2026 for at least 32 hours a week.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

• Improve Administration Processes And Allocation Of Training Seats.

• Monitor And Increase Student Participation, Particularly Within The First Three Months After Machine Installation.

• Support Initiatives To Enhance Training Invoicing Accuracy And Efficiency.

• Assign Learning Paths And Enroll Students Into Appropriate Courses.

• Track Progress And Ensure Timely Completion Of Feedback Forms.

• Generate And Analyze Reports From The Lms Using Power Bi To Measure Learning Effectiveness And Participation

Qualifications

• Creative, critical, and analytical thinking skills
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple assignments.

Education

Must be a student enrolled in accredited university or institution pursuing an undergraduate degree in related filed.
