Business Systems Support Analyst

Role Summary
Business Systems Support Analyst role involves managing and fulfilling access requests and system configuration updates through the designated ticketing system. Monitoring ticket queues, ensuring timely responses and maintaining clear, proactive communication with all requesters. Identifying and escalating unresolved issues or ambiguous requests to the appropriate teams to facilitate swift resolution and maintain operational efficiency.y.

Your Role

• Managing and fulfilling access requests and system configuration updates via the ticketing system
• Overseeing and updating configuration tables to ensure data quality and consistency
• Ensuring all system changes adhere to internal control policies and compliance standards
• Actively monitoring ticket queues and maintaining clear, proactive communication with all requesters
• Identifying and escalating unresolved issues or unclear requests to the appropriate team members to ensure the swift resolution of problems
• Maintaining and updating the process and knowledge base documentation

Your Profile

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• 0–1 years of relevant experience (internships or academic projects are acceptable)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Confident user of MS Office and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, index match, pivot tables, and writing formulas containing multiple functions)
• Basic knowledge and experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, are beneficial
• Previous working experience with reporting from various ERP systems, like SAP and Oracle, is beneficial
