Job Description:

 This position is responsible for the Plant production Team Members training of Tyson policies and procedures. Responsibilities include:

• Conduct training and continually improve on the floor training and Team Member performance experiences
• Ensure all new Team Member documentation is completed in a timely manner and submitted to their personal file.
• Other duties include assessing the need for interpreters in various departments for communications clarity and coordinating the assistance of the interpreter
• Assist in acclimating Team Members in and around the confines of the facility
• Other duties as assigned per management

Requirements:

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of the work performed in the area of responsibility preferred.
• Previous training experience preferred
• Computer Skills: Standard computer skills – Microsoft Office & Outlook preferred

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal written and presentation skills. Must be able to effectively communicate company policies and procedures. Bilingual – English/Spanish preferred

• Special Skills: Must be comfortable in presenting material to large groups; strong organizational skills.
• Travel: Some travel may be required
• Supervisory Responsibilities: N A
