Join Ecolab’s Sales Team as a Territory Manager in Training in Jamaica! (Candidate must reside close to Negrill)
Be part of our industry-leading Institutional division, focused on delivering comprehensive solutions and products to meet the needs of clients across the foodservice and hospitality sectors. After completing an initial training program, you’ll be assigned an established territory of clients including restaurants, hotels, schools, long-term care centers, and more. You’ll be the face of Ecolab, providing tools for cleaning and sanitation processes and programs that create positive guest experiences and cleaner, safer, healthier environments.

Responsibilities:
- Grow sales within an existing territory of hospitality business by providing customer service, regular and emergency support, and product demonstrations.
- Analyze territory sales and collaborate on statistics with other Territory Managers.
- Prepare executive reports.
- Prospect for new accounts to expand Ecolab’s brand presence in your market.
- Understand clients’ warewashing systems and offer tailored solutions as their expert in advanced cleaning and sanitation programs.
- Use your mechanical aptitude to install, repair, and maintain warewashing, laundry, and ceramic dispensing equipment—strengthening client relationships through service.
- Ensure client facilities are fully operational and staff are trained to use Ecolab products and equipment safely and effectively.
- Proficient use of Outlook and Excel
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Vocational studies in Electricity
- 3 to 4 years of outside sales experience.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements
- Ability to complete pre-employment evaluations including a physical exam, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous B2B sales experience.
- Industry-related experience in foodservice, laundry, cleaning, hospitality, and/or pool and spa services.
- Experience solving mechanical problems (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or general mechanical skills).
