Job Summary

We’re looking for a Sr. Manager, Revenue Partnerships to accelerate Universal Ads’ growth by creating and scaling high-impact partnerships that drive advertiser adoption, measurable demand, and meaningful revenue. This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, sales, and program management- focused on building repeatable, scalable models that maximize the business impact of our partner ecosystem.
The ideal candidate thrives on cross-functional collaboration, can balance strategic deal-making with operational execution, and has a proven track record of turning partnerships into revenue growth engines. You will own critical partner relationships, design programs that generate demand for Universal Ads, and ensure that every partnership contributes directly to advertiser success and platform revenue.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue through Partnerships: Identify, evaluate, and execute partnership opportunities across the adtech and martech ecosystem, including creative, measurement, data, and performance agencies that unlock advertiser demand and grow spend on Universal Ads.
  • Source & Prospect New Partnerships: Actively identify and develop new opportunities across the 3P ecosystem and enterprise partners, expanding the reach and value of Universal Ads.
  • Enable Demand Generation: Collaborate with sales and marketing to activate partners in-market through training, enablement, and co-marketing that drive measurable client adoption.
  • Scale Partner Programs: Develop structured frameworks, incentives, and go-to-market models that make partnerships repeatable, scalable, and revenue-generating.
  • Lead Negotiations & Deal Structuring: Collaborate with legal, finance, and product teams to define terms, align goals, and set clear revenue expectations.
  • Manage Partner Performance: Own end-to-end partner relationships, tracking adoption, contribution to advertiser growth, and ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Program Management: Partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure smooth integrations, onboarding, and execution of joint initiatives.

Compensation

Primary Location Pay Range: $132,148.67 - $198,223.00

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
