Position Summary

We have an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Manager. In this role, you will develop relationships with customers to help them maximize their CRM, mine their customer base and find more opportunities while leading a team of talented sales staff.

You will work with dealers to help support their marketing plans while helping them increase sales, gross profit and deliver results. You will be responsible for a team that creates opportunities to present email and call center campaigns.

Work cohesively with the Call Center, Graphic Design and Data teams to ensure the customers’ expectations are met. Become the subject matter expert in Call Center and Email Marketing solutions. You will lead a team that generates interest, qualifies prospects, presents solutions, closes sales and ensures that monthly revenue goals are met.

  • Lead a team of sales people to help uncover dealer needs and present appropriate marketing solutions
  • Ensure sales team follows up with the customer on any inbound leads within 24 hours
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales revenue quotas
  • 80% rep-facing time via phone calls and video conferences/ 20% of time w/ direct OEM sales and account management
  • Lead Campaign Outreach and Follow Up
  • Communication with internal and external partners to ensure completion of sales and associated activities
  • Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with all reports, and a weekly 1:1 w/ Senior Director of Inside Sales
  • Ensure competitors do not penetrate accounts
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction Through:

  • Become a student of the industry always willing to learn and adapt
  • Utilize Salesforce to effectively manage pipeline, client interactions and provide accurate weekly forecasting to Inside Sales and CDK Call Center
  • Manage deals within financial parameters
  • Continual customer engagement and follow up
  • Product and industry knowledge 

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will be customer focused, detail oriented and results driven
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills
  • The ability to sell, negotiate, persuade and influence
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2-5+ sales experience – inside or outside – preferably in technology sales
  • Advanced time management skills
  • Database/ Equity mining knowledge
  • Salary = $100,000 + Uncapped Incentives/Commissions

Education/Experience

  • Microsoft Office Skills

  • Experience Using Salesforce

Preferred:

  • Automotive Experience

  • Elead Crm Knowledge
