Role Summary:
We  are  looking  for  a  Sr.  Supply  Chain  Analyst  who  can  help  build  and  improve  our  regional  Sales  and
Operations  Planning  (S&OP)  processes  throughout  the  EMEA  region  and  support  EMEA  supply  planning
team.
You  will  partner  with  Supply  Planning,  Commercial  Forecasting,  Product  Management,  Finance,  and  other
departments to provide greater insight into our product forecasts, drive best in class forecast accuracy at the
SKU/Generation/Product/Geography levels and help minimize E&O inventory.

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Your main responsibilities will be to:
  • • Support  the  development/maintenance  of  Forecasting  reports  and  dashboards  for  the  EMEA
  • Supply Chain team
  • • Weekly review of Commercial forecasts to ensure any deviation from the forecasts are addressed in a swift manner with the Commercial & Marketing teams

• Monthly  meetings  with  Marketing  &  Commercial  to  review  Forecasts  versus  Actuals  and  make
necessary adjustments ahead of monthly S&OP forecast submission
• Understand market dynamics, marketing strategies, and supply plans (cannibalization, distribution
changes,  supply  constraints,  product  obsolescence,  etc.)  to  make  value-added  modifications  to
forecast in collaboration with Commercial & Forecasting teams
• Representing EMEA Supply Chain at monthly EMEA S&OP meetings
• Collaborate  with  Global  Planning  &  Manufacturing  teams  and  provide  insight  into  significant
demand changes to ensure production plans get adjusted accordingly
• Work with supply planning to ensure minimum disruption to plans while focusing on mitigating E&O
impact because of forecast variations
• Attend project meetings (i.e. new product launches, product obsolescence, new country
expansion, etc.,) and provide the teams with Supply Chain updates
• Support EMEA Outbound Supply Teams on order fulfilment.
 

Required Qualifications/Experience:
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty to a satisfactory standard.
 

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • •You have a Bachelor’s degree

• 5-8 years of relevant demand & supply planning experience
• Demonstrated  proficiency  using  MS  Excel  &  Business  Intelligence  &  Analytics  Software  (Tableau,
Power BI, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making
• Excellent written and oral communication skills including capacity to comfortably interface with senior
leaders
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a structured and driven way.
• Comfortable  working  in  a  dynamic,  cross-functional  environment  with  the  ability  to  build  positive
relationships.

Travel Required:

5% -10%
