The Product Owner in the Client Value Stream (CVS) Core Position Management is part of the Digital Delivery Unit within Digital Business Transformation, COO. Product Owners in Core Position Management are responsible for shaping client reporting, portfolio valuation and performance calculation capabilities at Julius Baer. They have a deep domain expertise on portfolio analysis and calculation methodologies as well as its implementation in digital platforms and exposure into front ends embedded into user journeys.

Your Challenge

Key Features and Accountabilities

• End-to-end responsibility for the roll out of the strategic client reporting capability (Roma Web) to Asia, including the definition of the detailed roadmap, work packages, as well as its execution, tracking and roll out in time and budget
• Create product features and manage backlog together with key stakeholders, continuously prioritize to achieve strategic objectives
• Ensure local requirements are included in the global product roadmap and prioritized accordingly
• Provide direction to agile delivery team to ensure features are delivered in alignment with overall product strategy
• Align client reporting capability with strategic front-end journeys to ensure capability and front end synergies across user groups
• Collaborate closely with the global client reporting Product Owner, product management, local business and IT owners

Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management

• Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Your Profile

Personal And Social

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders in a highly articulate and professional manner
• Experience working in a global, cross-cultural set up
• Feels comfortable navigating highly dynamic environments

Professional And Technical

• Proven experience as Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role in financial services, preferably in client reporting and portfolio management
• Strong domain knowledge of valuation, return / performance calculation
• Understanding of client reporting needs of UHWN segment
• Experience in delivering digital products from conception to launch
• Experience in agile project methodologies
• Language skills: Fluent in English

Regulatory

• Understand and translate regulatory standards such as Mifid, Fidleg, HKMA, MAS into product features
