Summary Of The Job:

The Intern role will help the Content Marketing team achieve their goal of creating sought-after content that adds value to both customers and prospects. This work may include applying knowledge to solve complex problems related to marketing events and sponsorships, FNBO brand design and promotions, social media, campaigns and creative work.

About This Role:

Responsibilities

• TikTok Video Ideation & Creation  
• Instagram Reels/Stories Ideation & Creation  
• Competitor Research for potential content ideas, blogs, podcasts, etc.  
• Photography ideation / Organization of content library  
• Graphic design (if have design skills) – graphics for posts, Instagram stickers, gifs, etc.  
• Content ideation around holidays  
• Develop Persona-specific content ideas   
• Assist with content calendars 
• The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Qualifications Include

• Very strong familiarity with the functions of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok and emerging social platforms. Graphic design experience a plus.  
• Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to grammar and sentence structure. 
• A proactive, self-starter who works well in a collaborative, team environment. 
• Quick learner who can learn and adapt new organizational processes and changing business demands. 

Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Work Environment:

It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work onsite at the posted location.
