Job Description

As a Senior Market and Partnership Associate for Traveloka Activities, you will play a key role in expanding and strengthening our ecosystem of experience-based partners. You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing strategic partnerships with key attraction and playground operators, helping to grow our product offerings and improve customer satisfaction across markets.

This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, business development, and relationship management to ensure our partners are engaged, aligned, and delivering high-quality experiences to our users.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Partner Acquisition & Onboarding
• Account & Relationship Management
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization
• Compliance & Quality Control
• Identify, approach, and secure new partnerships with attractions, playgrounds, and experience providers in key regions.
• Develop proposals and lead contract negotiations to onboard new partners.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and product integration into the Traveloka platform. 
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring continuous collaboration and mutual growth.
• Act as the main point of contact for key partners to support daily operations, issue resolution, and performance tracking. 
• Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for improvement in pricing, availability, and user experience.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to ensure Traveloka remains competitive and innovative. 
• Collaboration & Internal Coordination
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, finance, product, and content teams to deliver cohesive partnership strategies and campaigns.
• Provide market insights and feedback to influence product development and partner solutions. 
• Ensure all partnerships comply with Traveloka’s standards, legal regulations, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

• - Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account management, preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
• - Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• - Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to monitor performance.
• - Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
