Global ETF Strategy, Planning and Infrastructure is the business unit within the Business Office at State Street Investment Management  responsible for overall business strategy, client strategy, product oversight and business controls.

As an Intern – Markets Intelligence Analyst, you will work with a small group on key projects aligned with the highest priorities of sales senior management. Typical projects could include strategy development, operational improvement, market entry or exit, market positioning and segmentation, product / customer positioning and profitability, and capital investment decisions.

Responsibilities

The role of an Intern – Markets Intelligence Analyst is to provide data and analytical support with a specific focus on:

• Utilizing their Data Science experience/interest to help with data modeling and mining to help us explore, understand and measure impact of our data better
• Aid in the development of business cases for New MDM (master Data Management) Project
• General Analysis Provide basic analysis (e.g. trending) to answer questions that arise either from recurring reporting or general business questions from sales personnel and sales management
• Assist in the creation, testing and feedback resolution of data visualizations dashboards using Tableau
• Ad Hoc Team Support one-off requests, typically involving analyzing data
• Assist with Salesforce – data mapping / data integration and best practices
• Education: Currently  pursuing Bachelors in Finance , Accounting, Liberal Arts

Salary Range:

$41,600 - $65,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
