Primary Job Function:

• Performs a variety of entry-level duties and assists higher-level personnel in research and development.

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Develop formulations using scientific rationale in defined timeframe.
• Scale up and tech transfer of the developed formulation wherever applicable.
• Execution and coordination of development activities like lab trials, stability study etc.
• Carry out good documentation practices for all the developmental activities.
• Use principles of Quality by Design and DoE wherever required for product and process development and optimization.
• Submission of samples of raw materials, product development trials, stability study, etc. for analysis to analytical department.
• Operation and calibration of instruments/equipment’s.
• Test license, Import license documentation and license application.
• API, Raw materials (Excipients and Packaging materials, tooling’s etc.) and RLD procurement activities.
• Preparation of technical documents required during all the phases of product development Undertaking activities for lab upkeep
• Plan and prioritize multiple projects deadlines to meet product delivery goals.
• Maintain interface with other departments such as Analytical, Production, Regulatory and Store.
• Any other taks assigned by management.
