Your Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Senior Applications Analyst to support and optimise Anglicare’s enterprise applications. This role plays a key part in ensuring systems are reliable, compliant, and aligned with operational and legislative requirements.

You’ll provide hands-on support across the application lifecycle, drive governance and continuous improvement, and act as a trusted liaison between the Applications team and business stakeholders.

With integrity and resilience, you will:

• Administer and optimise enterprise applications, ensuring reliable performance
• Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory requirements
• Support onboarding, upgrades, and structured implementation of new systems
• Oversee access management and strengthen application security
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver system improvements and value

What You'Ll Bring

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in application support or analyst roles
• Strong understanding of enterprise application support within ITIL frameworks
• Proven ability to manage incidents, requests, and change processes
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience developing technical documentation and knowledge bases

Qualifications And Experience

• IT degree or relevant technical certification
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and driving continuous improvement
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes; certification advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
