What You’Ll Do & Who You Are
Zone : SUD EST (plus précisément le Quart SUD EST)
Au sein de la direction commerciale Automobile leboncoin, le Key Account Manager (KAM) est responsable d’un portefeuille de clients stratégiques (grands groupes de distribution, concessionnaires, réseaux indépendants, acteurs de la mobilité).
Son rôle est de construire et développer une relation de confiance durable en proposant des solutions digitales et marketing adaptées, dans le but d’accompagner leur performance commerciale et leur visibilité sur la plateforme Leboncoin.
Missions Principales :
- Gestion de portefeuille clients stratégiques.
- Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille d’acteurs majeurs du secteur automobile.
DéVeloppement Commercial
- Identifier les opportunités de croissance, négocier et vendre l’offre de solutions publicitaires, data et services digitaux Leboncoin.
Accompagnement & Conseil
- Déployer une approche de partenaire stratégique : analyse des besoins, recommandations personnalisées, suivi des performances, optimisation continue.
Coordination Interne
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes marketing, produit et support afin d’assurer la satisfaction client et l’évolution des solutions proposées.
Pilotage & Reporting
- Suivre les KPIs commerciaux, établir des prévisions et assurer une veille concurrentielle sur le marché automobile.
