Your Responsibilities (A Day in the Life):

As a Caregiver, you will be the heart of our mission, providing essential support that makes a real difference.

• Personal Care & ADL Support: Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Companionship: Be a friendly, reassuring presence, engaging in conversation, activities, and offering emotional support.
• Household Support: Prepare nutritious meals, perform light housekeeping, and help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Transportation & Errands: Accompany clients to appointments, go grocery shopping, and assist with other errands.
• Health Monitoring: Provide medication reminders and carefully observe and report any changes in a client's physical or mental condition.

Ideal Candidate Profile (What You'll Bring):

We are seeking reliable, patient, and professional individuals who are committed to providing outstanding care.

• Required: Must have a valid driver's license and your own reliable, insured vehicle.
• Experience: Previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, or PCA is highly preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a compassionate spirit.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with clients.
• Work Ethic: A dependable, punctual, and professional approach to your work.
• Compliance: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
