About You:
You excel at bridging IT, business, and field operations, serving as a Product Owner who manages backlogs, sets priorities, and ensures deliverables meet business needs. You thrive on resolving field and customer issues, coordinating across teams, and acting as the key liaison to keep communication, tracking, and solutions aligned and effective.
What You’Ll Do:
- Serve as the Product Owner for the IT team, managing the product backlog, setting priorities, and aligning deliverables with business needs.
- Act as the Call Center Coordinator, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of customer-reported issues.
- Function as the Lead Liaison for FSR+, gathering feedback, translating requirements, and representing field service needs within product development.
- Lead efforts in field issue resolution, driving root cause analysis and coordinating timely solutions across teams.
- Oversee issue tracker management, ensuring accurate documentation, monitoring, and closure of issues in alignment with organizational priorities.
What You’Ll Need:
- Working Knowledge of Dealer Management Systems
- Understanding of Automotive Dealership Operations
- Understanding of Relational Databases
- Basic Knowledge of Query Concepts (Joins & data wrangling)
- Project management skills
- Ability to prioritize numerous high priority tasks & projects for an IT team to deliver Ford Initiatives.
- Ability to work with challenging downstream customers internally & externally
- Ability to Manage outside vendor projects & delivery timelines (Motive Incident Tracker, Motive Activate)
- Ability to Manage Call Center Activities & Performance (3 React Call Center Resources)
- Ability to diagnose problems that are with vague problem descriptions to suggest changes to processing
- Knowledge of Jira a plus
- Prior use of GUDB Databases & Ford Reference tables a plus
