This role will oversee sub-processes of the People Services operations across the Asia-Pacific region and New Zealand, providing leadership and direction to a dedicated team of People Services Advisors and/or Talent Acquisition Coordinators. The position is responsible for managing HR operations and Talent Acquisition coordination, ensuring the delivery of customer-focused service for Tier 1 People processes while consistently meeting SLAs. A key aspect of the role will be driving continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and automation, to enhance efficiency and employee experience across diverse markets.Job Description
About The Role:
- Case Management & Escalations: Lead the resolution of HR cases, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and managing Tier 2 escalations with professionalism and accuracy.
- Employee Life-Cycle Oversight: Supervise end-to-end employee life-cycle processes—from onboarding to offboarding—ensuring documentation integrity and adherence to internal policies and statutory regulations.
- Operational Support & Team Development: Provide guidance and training to HR Advisors, support Talent Acquisition coordination, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations.
- Reporting & Insights: Oversee the generation and analysis of HR reports, delivering accurate data and actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.
- Project Leadership: Lead or contribute to complex HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, governance standards, and best practices.
About You:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 5–10 years of experience in HR Services or a related field; strong understanding of HR operations and labor law is advantageous.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (oral and written); proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in HR systems such as ServiceNow and Workday, along with Microsoft Office tools.
- Core Competencies: Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills; proven ability to lead teams, manage escalations, and drive process improvements
