We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Analyst to support a critical data integration role, transferring Purchase Order and Invoice data between our systems of record (PeopleSoft and Ariba) into Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). This role requires precision, speed, and strong communication skills to ensure data integrity and timely updates across platforms.Job Description
About the Role:- Manually extract, validate, and input data from PeopleSoft and Ariba into Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of transferred records, maintaining consistency across systems.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues in source data.
- Maintain logs and documentation of data movement activities.
- Collaborate with US-based teams to align priorities and timelines.

About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience collaborating with international teams or in a BPO/shared services environment. Familiarity with construction and project management is a plus.
- Proven experience in financial data entry, data analysis, or business operations. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Ariba) and cloud platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud) is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other data management tools. High typing speed with minimal error rate.
- Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
