We are looking for an Associate Content Strategist with a proactive mindset, to support the development of global campaigns that align with product launches and that engage and retain young fans on our Owned platforms across digital and print!

Core Responsibilities
- Plan and execute campaigns across core LEGO franchises for 5–12-year-olds. Ensuring global campaigns are integrated into owned channels including the LEGO play app, Kids.LEGO.com website, and LEGO Magazine print and digital touchpoints
- Helps maintain execute editorial strategy including promotional plans across the owned digital channels
- Grow our global audience base and further engage with them based on defined key objectives and the NPS survey
- Partner cross-functionally with audience, marketing and product teams, to align on objectives, key results, and shared priorities
- Anticipate and apply trends, staying close to audience behaviours and content formats to translate insights into clear, inspiring agency briefs
- Monitors content performance metrics, gathers insights and provides recommendations for optimising Owned channel content based on data-driven analysis

Our extraordinary LEGO content plays a key role in engaging and retaining kids on our platforms and you will work closely with Content Strategists and Senior Content Strategists to maintain and evolve our high editorial standards.
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven experience in digital and/or editorial print content for a global audience, ideally from an agency, production studio, or within children’s media
- Genuine passion for children’s media and storytelling across both magazine (print and digital) and content/editorial formats
- Proactive and self-starting mindset solution oriented, full of energy, and always ready to bring fresh ideas to the table with insights at the heart of them
- Strong collaborator who thrives in dynamic, fast-changing environments and enjoys working as part of a global team
- Patient, optimistic, and creative problem-solver with the ability to balance multiple perspectives and find effective solutions
- Proven experience in project management with strong attention to detail, a track record of delivering projects within tight timelines
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, effectively manage expectations, and ensure alignment between business objectives and project delivery
- Able to both design and deliver content strategies, while also supporting product teams in shaping initiatives for testing and learning
- Experience with CMS platforms and translation workflows would be an advantage
- Data curious and insight driven – interested in exploring analytics, visualising insights, and applying learnings to optimise content and engagement
