This role leads all aspects of the maintenance, installation, and management of electrical and facility systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will lead projects, develop processes, and drive energy-efficient, sustainable operations. Working closely with customers, vendors, and business partners is essential for achieving outstanding outcomes while coordinating performance and improving facility management.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain processes and standards for your area of responsibility.
- Ensure adequate current and future supplies to support company growth.
- Verify that processes and deliverables meet company standards.
- Validate work, equipment, and facilities against design and engineering specifications.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and technical teams to standardize engineering criteria and execution.
- Establish and supervise facilities KPIs, emphasizing system reliability, availability, and efficiency.
- Maintain company standards and regulations for the operation and maintenance of systems across various voltage levels.
Do you have what it takes?
- Strong experience in maintenance, installation, and management of high, medium, and low voltage systems, including HVAC, compressed air, and water treatment.
- Proven ability to collaborate with clients, suppliers, and partners, driving successful project outcomes.
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing facility requirements and regulatory standards (e.g., NOMs, grid codes).
- Expertise in project design, execution, and process development, with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainable operations.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of leading large-scale facilities projects and monitoring KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills both in Spanish and English, verbally and in writing and comfortable in presenting complex ideas
