Overview

This is a very exciting opportunity to join the LSEG Risk Intelligence Engineering Portfolio Delivery team as a PMO Senior Analyst. This role has responsibilities including supporting the Project Managers who are delivering a £35m change portfolio, working directly with the Portfolio Director on the delivery of a key transformation programme and providing support to the leadership team of a department of over 500 globally located resources.

The role includes some administrative responsibilities but support and coaching will also be provided to build a career in project management.

Key Responsibilities

– Own and maintain key departmental data, with responsibility for creating insights and proactively sharing with the leadership team

– Creates weekly status dashboard to facilitate communications with senior stakeholders

– Supports adherence to governance standards across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of programme deliverables
– Monitors the progress of tasks against timelines and budgets, advising Project and Programme Managers where activities are behind schedule or over budget
– Collates, consolidates and analyses project information to produce reports, status updates and commentary
– Assists with the monitoring of a change roadmap for the portfolio and uses change management processes, policies and best practice

  • – Attention to detail, diligent and clear in all reporting both internally and externally
  • – Clear and concise communication
  • – Proficiency with a number of Project Management tools (Clarity, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint).
  • – Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint.
