Job Description Summary

Responsible for providing formal clinical training to customers that have purchased GE Healthcare MI products.
Responsibilities include ongoing post-sale customer support and on-site clinical visits for education sessions.
Additional responsibilities include product demonstrations during pre-sale activities and congresses.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical information to customers by demonstrating the full range of MI product features and benefits.
  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver product training to customers on software and applications of the GE Healthcare MI portfolio of scanners and post-processing workstations.
  • Monitor and control customer satisfaction through continuing education trainings and optimization of the performance of GE Healthcare equipment used by customers.
  • Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing GE Healthcare product demonstrations and workstation promotion, as well as customer training.
  • Use product knowledge to assist commercial and marketing teams in developing sales tools.
  • Provide post-training reports and regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs to the internal Sales and Service organization.

Required Qualifications

  • TSRM or Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
  • Ability to establish relationships easily, open and flexible to work outside of the office.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region and nationwide for trainings, sales meetings, and tradeshows.
  • Willingness to submit to a driving record check if operating a GE-owned/leased or rental vehicle for company business.
  • Solid problem-solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues, and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers).
  • Proven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based sales process).
  • Self-motivated, with initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take action.
  • Team-oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired).
  • Ability to communicate effectively using the local language.
  • Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background on GE Healthcare technology (physics, medical, etc.). Basic clinical/medical background is also requested.
  • Experience with clinical scanning skills in MI modality.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to MI in general or specifically on GE Healthcare systems
