We need a Keen and Motivated Loader Operator to join the Fulton Hogan team at our Asphalt Plant based at Parkburn Quarry.

Your primary tasks will be focused on training for your new role, then operating the loader for our asphalt plant. You will be part of a highly knowledgeable and experienced team and, once trained, will operate the loader and gain experience with the asphalt plant and its operation, rotating daily tasks regularly with them. This means you will have a good variety of your day and will be able to operate the asphalt plant, operate the loader, load customers and perform basic daily maintenance.

We’Re Looking For Someone With:

• Class 2 license with WTR endorsement (desired but not essential)
• Asphalt knowledge/experience (desired but not essential)
• Confidence with computers and numbers
• Desire to learn and pick up new skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Mechanically and practically minded
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Commitment to health and safety
• Creating, Connecting and caring for the community
