Join us as a Key Accounts Manager for the Americas market! In this remote, U.S.-based role, you will play a pivotal role in driving Parcel Perform’s business growth by cultivating strong customer relationships, and contributing to our strategic expansion across the region.
What You’Ll Do
- Develop Strategic Relationships: Build trusted, value-based relationships with existing enterprise customers to drive contract renewals and identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Strategic Account Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of strategic customers fostering long-term relationships to support both client success and business growth.
- Influence Key Stakeholders: Engage and influence cross-functional decision-makers across multiple geographies to drive consensus and achieve shared objectives.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Parcel Perform’s product and solutions to align relevant features with customers' specific business needs.
- Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and refine the sales process continuously to improve efficiency and drive results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our customer success, customer solutions and product teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service and solutions that meet their needs.
What You’Ll Need To Succeed
- University Degree or work experience equivalent. Ideally you’ll have at least 3-5 years sales or key account management experience in SaaS or software.
- Deep understanding, experience, and knowledge of digital platforms, ideally in the logistics or e-commerce industry.
- Proven ability to influence C-level executives and build trust based relationships throughout the sales process with customers.
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data and customer situations with sound business insight.
- A positive attitude with a strong sense of curiosity and a passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication skills; you’re a “people person” who thrives in team environments.
- You bring a “can-do” attitude, motivate peers, and are eager to learn. Comfortable working both independently and within a team.
- Skilled in crafting and executing account plans and tailored sales strategies.
- Familiarity with value-driven sales methodologies and negotiating principles.
