Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging, on-brand creative that brings the by charlotte vision to life. Guided by the Art Director’s overarching creative strategy, you’ll design across both print and digital channels while also contributing to photography, video capture, editing, and post-production. Key Responsibilities

In This Role, You’Ll:

• Maintain and uphold the By Charlotte brand standards, ensuring consistency across all print and digital assets.
• Utilise brand guidelines and style guides to align designs with the brand’s tone of voice.
• Ensure all creative outputs are visually cohesive across all touch points.
• Design and produce engaging artwork for all platforms including: eDMs, social media, website, digital and print collateral.
• Format creative content across copy, images and video to ensure usability across all channels.
• Identify and refine design elements to enhance customer experience and brand storytelling.
• Contribute to content shoots, including stills and video capture for social, product, and behind-the-scenes use.
• Edit and retouch photography to deliver consistent, premium-quality assets.
• Edit video content (short-form, social, campaign, and behind-the-scenes) including post-production tasks such as retouching, colour grading, sound balancing, and formatting for channels.
• Develop artwork for seasonal campaigns in line with the creative and marketing strategy as set by the Art Director and Head of Marketing.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital and eCommerce teams to ensure creative assets meet business objectives.
• Offer creative input and participate in team collaboration for campaign aesthetics, projects and promotional events.
• Assist the Art Director and wider marketing and creative team with campaign and content shoot production.
• Liaise and manage relationships with external stakeholders and collaborators.
• Manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are being met and continuously improve design processes.
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders within the business on project updates and to ensure deadlines are being met.
• Create and evolve existing creative templates to streamline content formatting and approval workflows.
• Manage in-house printing of branded POS and print collateral.
• Complete ad-hoc design tasks as briefed by the Art Director and Head of Marketing.

You’re organised, proactive, and always ready to roll up your sleeves with a can-do attitude. You bring creativity and collaboration to the table, with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. You thrive when juggling multiple projects and are quick to adapt to new trends, ideas, and tools. The ideal candidate will also bring experience with:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Photo retouching and video editing.
• Photography and videography, including camera operation and post-production.
