Overview:

Central Bank is seeking an experienced Training Manager with a strong background in Organizational Change Management (OCM) within the banking or financial services industry. We are looking for someone who possesses outstanding communication, interpersonal, training development, and writing skills. As our Training Manager, you will effectively lead the design and development of all training content and assist in delivering and administering the training to end users across the organization.

The near-term focus for this role will center around the implementation of a modernized core banking system.  Following the successful transition to our new core banking system, you will lead and support future training and development initiatives for all large-scale changes.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Strategy & Content Development

  • Collaborate with the Organizational Change Manager, Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts, various Stakeholders, and Product teams to determine training needs (including training delivery methods and design of materials) for impacted stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy and roadmap aligned with the digital transformation milestones and program objectives.
  • Design and develop training content, including e-learning modules, user guides, job aids, reference materials, and instructor-led training (ILT) decks tailored for various user groups (tellers, branch staff, operations, back office, etc.).
  • Customize training for various learning styles, job locations, and banking functions (e.g., retail banking, loan operations, treasury).

Training Delivery & Administration

  • Facilitate instructor-led training sessions both in-person and virtually for a variety of roles and levels across the bank.
  • Support the rollout of self-paced learning modules and ensure timely access to resources for all staff.
  • Design and execute post-training support including Q&A sessions, refresher training, and assessment processes.
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess progress, identify issues, and refine plans.
  • Deliver summary presentations to senior management and executives for a full readout on training activities.
Qualifications

We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in developing and delivering training—ideally within the banking or financial services industry. Experience supporting large-scale organizational change is key. Familiarity with organizational change management (OCM) principles, such as PROSCI or the ADKAR model, and an understanding of how training fits into broader change initiatives is also highly valued.
