Founded in 2016, Einride became the first company in the world to deploy a cab-less autonomous electric vehicle on a public road (Sweden, 2019). In 2022, we were the first to successfully operate such a vehicle on a US public road. Today our award-winning technology has been launched across 8 countries (and counting). Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies. We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to drive initial connection and prequalification with our most strategic potential customers. This role requires cross-functional collaboration that connects the full scope of Einride’s offering to our strategic prospects. You will be the growth catalyst across business units working hand-in-hand with commercial, leadership and solutions teams to deliver impact, innovation, and enduring partnerships

You Will

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with commercial leadership, marketing, and solutions teams to align outreach with market priorities and campaigns.
  • Generate Pipeline: Identify, research, and connect with strategic prospects across Einride's target verticals to drive qualified opportunities into the sales funnel.
  • Stakeholder Mapping: Identify decision-makers and influencers, build account maps, and hand off qualified opportunities to the Commercial Sales team.
  • Own the outbound lead generation function: Develop outbound campaign plans, craft and continually refine messaging (calls, email, Linkedin) to maximise engagement.
  • Build strategic relationships quickly: Proactively build and deepen key stakeholder relationships and mapping through valuable customer facing interactions.

We Expect You To Bring:

  • Experience: 2+ years in SDR, Business Development, Account Management, or Sales—ideally in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or adjacent tech sectors.
  • Customer Engagement: Proven track record of engaging prospects with multi-product offerings, with experience in top of funnel generation; prospecting, cold calling, and qualification activities.
  • Mission alignment: Excitement about Einride’s mission to decarbonize freight and aspiration to drive technology leadership for the future of transportation.
  • Languages: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of other major European languages is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales Enablement & Tools: Skilled at leveraging LinkedIn, HubSpot, and other modern sales tools to research accounts, map stakeholders, run multi-channel outreach campaigns, and track engagement through CRM systems.
  • Experience: Qualifying opportunities using BANT, MEDDIC or similar methodology.

This is a full time position based in Stockholm or Gothenburg. Remote workers in Germany or the Netherlands will be considered. We recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible since selection and interviews are held continually.
