Responsibilities / Tasks
- Oversee the production of accurate financial statements and maintain well-organized records.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, ensuring full compliance with local and international regulations.
- Lead tax planning, compliance, audits, and liaise with tax authorities and external advisors.
- Prepare reports for regional stakeholders and advise leadership on tax implications.
- Manage and mentor the accounting team to improve efficiency and performance.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure robust internal controls.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and audit practices
- Proven leadership, excellent communication, and stakeholder management
- Strategic mindset, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Experience with accounting systems and financial reporting
- English level: B2 or higher
