At PwC, our people in information technology operations focus on managing and maintaining the technology infrastructure and systems to provide smooth operations and efficient delivery of IT services. This includes monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures.

Those in IT operations support at PwC will focus on providing technical assistance and troubleshooting to provide smooth functioning of IT systems and non-cloud based infrastructure. Your role will focus on providing L1 and possibly L2 support.

We’re hiring a Junior IT Support Specialist to join our team! 

Junior IT Support Specialist at PwC is an opportunity to become part of a team that ensures the stable and efficient operation of the company’s IT infrastructure and services. You will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and supporting IT equipment, business applications, and services, while ensuring high-quality IT support for internal users. In this role, you will be the primary contact for general IT issues, contributing to business continuity and the development of a digital culture at PwC. 

Responsibilities:

  • Logging, tracking, and resolving IT incidents and requests from PwC users via the internal IT system (ServiceNow). 
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting basic technical issues with laptops, mobile phones, printers, and local applications. 
  • Preparing, imaging, and configuring computers and peripheral devices for new and existing users (IT asset management). 
  • Collaborating with specialized IT service teams and escalating complex incidents to ensure timely resolution. 
  • Participating in training and informational sessions for employees. 
  • Performing other local IT support tasks as assigned by the IT Manager or Team Lead. 

Requirements:

  • Technical interest and a university degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and English proficiency at intermediate level or higher. 
  • Knowledge of modern IT systems and technologies is a plus (Windows 11, Android, iOS, M365, Generative AI, Networking/Computer Science background). 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Self-motivation, quick learning ability, initiative, and adaptability in a dynamic IT environment. 
  • Strong analytical thinking, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
